Top Coat
Our top coats are developed in conjunction with our primers to create a unique multilayered system; delivering a luxurious feel, controlled gloss and high flexibility in order to protect the synthetic leather. Our clear top coats are designed to have excellent transparency at all gloss levels. These topcoats are intended for gravure application, however, can be optimized to allow for spray application.
AWT
Our water-based topcoats for cover stocks are NMP, NEP, and BTX free. We design highly flexible, thermal formable coatings with outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance properties. We offer coatings that repel stains from household materials and foods, as well as dyes from denim.
AST
Our solvent-based topcoats for cover stocks are NMP, NEP, and BTX free. We design highly flexible, thermal formable coatings with outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance properties. We offer coatings that repel stains from household materials and foods, as well as dyes from denim.
